Ingredients:
- 1.1 lb all-purpose flour
 - 2 cups milk or water
 - 2 eggs
 - 2 tablespoons sugar
 - 3-4 tablespoons butter or vegetable oil
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 package active dry yeast
 
- Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add flour and mix.
 - Put the batter in warm place and let rise (cover it).
 - Then add eggs, salt, sugar, and 1 tablespoon butter or vegetable oil.
 - Mix the batter, let it rise a second time (covered, in a warm place).
 - Without stirring, take the batter with a large spoon (previously moistened in water), pour the batter on a hot, greased skillet, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
 - Serve pancakes with honey, sweetened condensed milk, jam, or sour cream. ENJOY!
