Easter Cake ("Kulich")

Russian Easter Cake, Kulich, is usually baked in a tall round mould to give it its characteristic height.

  3. Separate the egg yolks from the whites.
  4. Add the yolks to the dough.
  5. Beat the egg whites until foamy.
