Ingredients:
- 1 medium marrow
- 2-3 tablespoons flour
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Sour cream, to taste.
- Peel the marrow.
- Cut the marrow into ~ 1 cm (1/3 inch) slices.
- Toss them in flour.
- Fry the marrow slices in a preheated skillet in vegetable oil until golden-brown.
- Add salt and pepper, to taste.
- Add sour cream.
- Fry an additional 5-10 minutes if the marrow is not yet fork-tender.
